How long do casting appointments last?

Appointments depend on the casting you are having done, but usually 45-60 minutes.  You will be advised at time of booking if this is different.

How long do I have to wait for an appointment? 

Appointments are available usually within a couple of weeks or sometimes sooner. With the exception of the 4-6 weeks before Mother’s Day, Father’s Day and the Christmas season where your encouraged to book your casting appointments as far in advance as possible to assure a finished product if you plan to give as a gift.

Will you travel locally to my home to do a casting? 

Yes, within 20 miles is free however, there will be an additional fee for mileage above the 20 miles.  Some restrictions do apply.

When will we get our finished casting? 

They will usually be ready for pick up or delivery (at additional cost) within 6-8 weeks.
